Place

The WEJCH 2019 will take place in Paris, at the CIS Kellermann hotel (17 boulevard Kellermann, 75013) on thursday, May 30th and saturday, June 1st, and at the Sophie Germain building of the Paris Diderot University (8 place Aurélie Nemours) on friday, May 31st.

Inscription

To participate in the seminar, please:
1) Fill out the form on the "Registration" tab.
2) Pay the registration by writing a check for 100 € to the order of ARDM, and sending it to our treasurer: Ms. Soledad Lopez (9B Boulevard Jourdan, 75014, Paris).
3) Pay your membership to the ARDM for the current year (12 € for PhD students) on the website www.ardm.eu

Presentations

In addition, if you want to present an oral communication or poster, submit your proposal on the "Submit" tab. The length of the proposals is limited to 10,000 characters for oral communications and 5,000 characters for posters (including the bibliography).

Accommodation and meals

Meals on Thursday evening and Friday lunch and dinner are included in the registration fee, as well as accommodation in the Kellermann center, in a room with 1 or 2 beds.
